DV360 Structured Data Files v11 is now generally available

Google has made Structured Data Files (SDF) v11 generally available in Display & Video 360. The new version expands lookalike targeting, adds Business Chain proximity targeting, reworks YouTube third-party vendor fields and adds fields for YouTube Instant Deals, which remain in beta for allowlisted partners. SDF versions older than v10 are deprecated and scheduled to sunset in January 2027.

Impact

High impact for bulk activation: column mappings change, and a conventional SDF export is no longer a complete backup when Instant Deal objects exist. Eligibility of Belgian accounts for the Instant Deals beta is not confirmed.

Recommendations

Update SDF column mappings before switching the default version to v11.
Test vendor and reporting-ID handling on a sample file.
Use the dedicated Instant Deal creation workflow and do not rely on standard downloads to back up these objects.
Plan the migration of any workflow still on a version older than v10 before January 2027.
